Montez M. Robinson is a vigorous leader, as well as a competitive strategist whose style of play of structured chaos has been coined ​"Organized Chaos."

Because he's known for grooming up successful programs, Robinson has been nicknamed the "Program Rejuvenator."

Robinson is a mentor, student of the game and passionate teacher in the game of basketball. He takes pride in exposing student-athletes to as many opportunities possible, in basketball and life. Robinson believes various experiences, planning, goal-setting and faith lead to developing a successful and well-rounded person. Therefore, he focuses his program on developing the whole student-athlete in preparation for life's journey.
